What Store Sync does
Paid Squarespace orders become plugin licences automatically
Each Squarespace product needs an identifier route. Store Sync matches the order, issues every mapped plugin once, creates or updates the customer, and emails the licence key.
- Map identifiersUse the product SKU and keep its Product ID as a fallback when Squarespace sends no SKU.
- Issue licencesA single identifier may map to several plugins when it represents a bundle.
- Track deliveryPreviously issued order units are recognised and will not receive a second licence.

SKU and Product ID entries shown together are fallback identifiers, not duplicate products.Sync now checks for paid or unresolved orders. It does not reissue licences for order units already processed.

Plugin release history
Retain previous versions, restore a known stable release, or stop downloads immediately.Latest is deliberately selected per plugin. Lower version numbers are labelled Previous; higher version numbers are labelled Withdrawn. Pending approvals remain separate.

Broadcast plugin updates
Each recipient only receives download links for selected plugins they own.Broadcasts only include customers with a recorded update-email consent. Every email contains a one-click unsubscribe link.
Passkeys
